1. About these terms
By using arich.design ("the site") or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Nature of the site
This site is the portfolio and inquiry point for Anthony Richter's freelance design and web development practice, operating as A Rich Design. It exists to share work, explain services, and let prospective clients reach out.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, case study imagery — is owned by Anthony Richter unless explicitly credited otherwise. Don't copy, redistribute, or republish without written permission.
Brand names and logos of former clients are used for attribution and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Project inquiries
Submitting the contact form (or emailing [email protected]) is how you start a conversation — it is not a contract. No engagement exists until we both sign a separate project agreement that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.
5. Information you submit
When you submit an inquiry, the information you provide (name, email, company, project details, message) is used only to respond to you and evaluate fit for a potential engagement. See the Privacy Policy for details on storage and handling.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is." I aim for accuracy but make no warranty that everything is up to date, error-free, or continuously available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in a venue appropriate to the freelancer's principal place of business.
